Flocking

Flocking is mainly used as a dectortive finish on items, anything from shoes to sign's. Almost any item can be flocked.

The process involves applying fibres, usually Nylon or Rayon, directly on to an item/product that has been coated with a specialist Flocking Adhesive. The individual Flock fibres vary is sizes, both in length and diameter depending on the visual finish, feel and the end application. We use special industrial up to date equipment that electrically charges the Flock Particles. This applies the flock to the adhesive giving soft velvet like feel (depending on fibres used) that is water resistant and hard warring.
